Once you have decided on the location and budget. You tell us what kind of property you want to buy, with your preferred location on the Riviera or in the Alps.

STEP 2.

Viewings and Choosing

We send you the pictures and descriptions of the properties we have found that meet your criteria. You choose the ones you would like to view and we then organise visits in person if you are in France. If you are abroad, we can organise a one-day viewing tour of your chosen properties, picking you up at the airport if you wish. We can also organise virtual visits if it suits you better.

Once you have chosen the property you want to purchase we will negotiate on your behalf and transmit your offer to the seller.

To make your purchase as smooth and secure as possible, you will need the support of a team of reliable professionals. We can put you in touch with mortgage brokers and solicitors ('notaire') who speak your language and are expert in international transactions.

STEP 3.

Exchange and Complete

Once your offer is accepted, we will gather all the documents necessary, for  exchange, including surveys and the preliminary sales agreement ('compromis de vente').

After exchange, we will chase up the vendor, mortgage broker and solicitor to ensure rapid completion and signature of the deed of sale ('acte de vente').

If you would like to renovate your future property, we can get quotes from tradespeople to estimate the cost and liaise with the local town planning  to check if your proposed changes are possible and find out whether planning permission is required.
